African Countries to Benefit More from Morocco’s Economic Presence in Continent Following AU Return
The return of Morocco to the African Union (AU) will enable African countries to benefit more from the economic presence of the Kingdom on the continent, Special Adviser to the Senegalese President said Thursday in Dakar.
”Even outside the AU, Morocco has developed strong relations both economically and financially with African countries, particularly with Senegal and the States of the West African Economic and Monetary Union, , Fallou Samb told MAP on the sidelines of a seminar on the African Continental Free Trade Area (CFTA).
The return of the Morocco to the AU will enable African countries to benefit more from the economic presence of the Kingdom at the continental level, noted Samb.
”In Senegal and generally in Africa, we hail this long-awaited return,” he said.
